ICNWP 2026 เชิดชู ‘ผู้นำเปลี่ยนโลก’ จาก 3 ทวีป ยกย่องเยาวชน องค์กรต้นแบบ นักวิทยาศาสตร์ และผู้สร้างคุณูปการแก่มวลมนุษยชาติ
สถาบันการสร้างชาติ (Nation-Building Institute International: NBII) จัดพิธีมอบรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติแก่บุคคล องค์กร และสถาบัน ที่สร้างคุณูปการโดดเด่นต่อการพัฒนาสังคม ประเทศชาติ และประชาคมโลก ภายในงาน การประชุมนานาชาติครั้งที่ 10 ว่าด้วยการสร้างชาติ สุขสภาพ และสันติสภาพ ในโลกแห่งความคลุมเครือทางคุณธรรม (The 10th International Convention on Nation-Building, Wellness, and Peace upon Morality : ICNWP 2026) เพื่อยกย่องผู้ที่อุทิศตนสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงบวก และเป็นแบบอย่างของการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในระดับนานาชาติ ดังนี้
รางวัล Nation-Building Youth’s Award 2026 มอบให้แก่ Ms. Samaira Mehta เยาวชนผู้สร้างแรงบันดาลใจจากสหรัฐอเมริกาและอินเดีย ผู้ก่อตั้ง และประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร CoderBunnyz และ CoderMindz ซึ่งเริ่มต้นธุรกิจด้านการเรียนรู้การเขียนโปรแกรมตั้งแต่อายุเพียง 7 ปี และพัฒนา CoderMindz จนได้รับการยกย่องว่าเป็นเกมปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เกมแรกของโลก นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นผู้ริเริ่มโครงการ “Yes, One Billion Kids Can Code” เพื่อผลักดันให้เด็กทั่วโลกเข้าถึงการเรียนรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยี และได้รับเชิญบรรยาย บนเวทีของ Google และ Microsoft รวมถึงได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก Michelle Obama อดีตสุภาพสตรีหมายเลขหนึ่งของสหรัฐอเมริกา
รางวัล Corporate Nation-Building Award (Public Sector) 2026 มอบให้แก่ Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water) รัฐวิสาหกิจด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำแห่งสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ผู้ดูแลเขื่อน อ่างเก็บน้ำ และระบบน้ำรวม 71 แห่ง ให้บริการน้ำสะอาดแก่ประชาชนกว่า 15 ล้านคน พร้อมลดความเสี่ยงจากอุทกภัยในพื้นที่สำคัญของประเทศ อีกทั้งยังเป็นผู้นำด้านนวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการน้ำผ่านระบบ K-HIT สำหรับติดตามข้อมูลน้ำแบบเรียลไทม์ และการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี AI และ IoT ภายใต้แนวคิด Smart Water Management จนได้รับการยอมรับ ในฐานะต้นแบบการบริหารจัดการน้ำของภูมิภาคเอเชีย
รางวัล Nation-Building Senior’s Award 2026 มอบให้แก่ ดร.สุเมธ ตันติเวชกุล บุคคลสำคัญผู้ทุ่มเทชีวิตเพื่อการพัฒนาประเทศมาอย่างยาวนาน ในฐานะเลขาธิการมูลนิธิชัยพัฒนา และผู้ถวายงานรับใช้ใกล้ชิดเบื้องพระยุคลบาท พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 9 มากกว่า 35 ปี แม้ปัจจุบันในวัย 87 ปี แต่ยังคงปฏิบัติภารกิจ เพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์อย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง เดินหน้าสืบสานแนวพระราชดำริ และขับเคลื่อนงานพัฒนาประเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมเป็นแบบอย่างแห่งคุณธรรม ภาวะผู้นำ และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ตลอดจนถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ อันทรงคุณค่าเพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่คนรุ่นใหม่ในการร่วมพัฒนาชาติอย่างยั่งยืน
ขณะที่รางวัล World Shifter Award 2026 มอบให้แก่ Prof. Martin Green (ศาสตราจารย์มาร์ติน กรีน) นักวิทยาศาสตร์ผู้ได้รับการยกย่องว่าเป็น “บิดาแห่งพลังงานโซลาร์เซลล์ยุคใหม่” (Father of Modern Photovoltaics) จากผลงานการวิจัยและพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ที่พลิกโฉมอุตสาหกรรมพลังงานของโลก เปลี่ยนพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์จากเทคโนโลยีที่เคยมีต้นทุนสูง ให้กลายเป็นหนึ่งในแหล่งผลิตไฟฟ้าที่มีต้นทุนต่ำที่สุดและเติบโตเร็วที่สุดของโลก อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่พลังงานสะอาดและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของมวลมนุษยชาติ

ICNWP 2026 Honors Global Changemakers from Three Continents, Recognizing Outstanding Youth, Model Organizations, Scientists, and Contributors to Humanity
The Nation-Building International Institute (NBII) presented a series of prestigious international awards to distinguished individuals and organizations whose remarkable contributions have advanced society, nation-building, and the global community. The awards ceremony was held during The 10th International Convention on Nation-Building, Wellness, and Peace upon Morality (ICNWP 2026), with the objective of honoring those who have dedicated themselves to creating positive change and serving as exemplary models of sustainable development at both national and international levels.
The Nation-Building Youth’s Award 2026 was presented to Ms. Samaira Mehta, an inspiring young entrepreneur and innovator from the United States and India. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CoderBunnyz and CoderMindz, she began her journey in coding education at the age of seven. Her development of CoderMindz earned international recognition as the world’s first artificial intelligence (AI) board game. She also launched the global initiative, “Yes, One Billion Kids Can Code,” aimed at empowering children worldwide through technology education. Her outstanding achievements have led to speaking engagements at Google and Microsoft and recognition from former First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama.
The Corporate Nation-Building Award (Public Sector) 2026 was conferred upon Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water), the Republic of Korea’s state-owned enterprise responsible for the management and development of national water resources. K-Water oversees 71 dams, reservoirs, and integrated water systems, supplying clean water to more than 15 million people while enhancing flood prevention capabilities in key areas across the country. The organization has also gained international recognition for its innovative water management solutions, including the K-HIT real-time monitoring system and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies under its Smart Water Management framework, making it a leading model for water resource management in Asia.
The Nation-Building Senior’s Award 2026 was presented to Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, one of Thailand’s most respected public servants and development leaders. As Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation and a close royal aide who served His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great for more than 35 years, Dr. Sumet has devoted his life to advancing national development and public welfare. At the age of 87, he continues to work tirelessly in support of the public good, carrying forward the late King’s development philosophy and inspiring future generations through his unwavering commitment, integrity, leadership, and dedication to sustainable nation-building.
The World Shifter Award 2026 was presented to Prof. Martin Green, a world-renowned scientist widely recognized as the “Father of Modern Photovoltaics.” Through his pioneering research and technological innovations in solar energy, Prof. Green has fundamentally transformed the global energy industry. His groundbreaking work has enabled solar power to evolve from a costly alternative technology into one of the most affordable and rapidly expanding sources of electricity worldwide. His contributions have played a pivotal role in accelerating the global transition toward clean energy and sustainable development, creating lasting benefits for humanity.
